"Reports of Pokémon Go Plus running out of battery 3 weeks after launch"

#PokemonGO: Okey, so there has been some reports of players Go Plus devices running out of battery. I my self have also encountered this. http://ift.tt/2cWBqdH reports and myself notice that the Plus device disconnects after encountering a pokémon. Spinning pokestops works fine and also tracking but not encountering pokémon. The Plus will flash green as usual, but when you press the button the Plus flashes once white and vibrates fast and then the Plus symbol just turns gray and it says caught or fleed. So the encounter is successful but the Plus disconnects afterward.I first tried to reset the Plus but that only help for 1 encounter. But changing the battery solved the problem permanently. Changing the battery has also help for other players. So It seams like the encounter function demands more of the battery unlike spining pokestops. (This is just a theory of mine.) maybe someone can measure the battery power when they encounter this problem.I got the Plus on the release date and have been using it for about 10 hours a day. That's approximately 200 hours of connection time. I don't know if the problems with disconnecting and connecting Plus all the time has been draining the battery more. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2cUwrix
