"Did pokestops get speedlocked?"

#PokemonGO: I just did a few loops around my town as a passenger getting pokestops and 20 out of 50 pokestops said try again later.Restarted my phone twice but was still getting it seemingly randomly.This IMO would be the final nail in the coffin for me. They already steal your time making you do things for nothing (see gym training errors).Niantic, you're fucking up.. stillUpdate: after a few more loops it feels odd, like 18-20 mph will make it say try again later but I was collecting from them at 25mph. It may be that the game is just running poorly but 40% of my pokestops did this, that's a big ass chunk of what I should have, and no, I am not getting stuff behind the scenes.
