"Ethics of pressuring gym allocation on a college campus"

#PokemonGO: There is currently a debate on my campus about gym allocation. Our campus has 3 gyms, and a large group of casual players would like each gym to be designated to one of the three teams, so that each person can claim 10 coins per day.My opinion differs on this. I am a hardcore player at level 34, almost 35. I have put more time and effort into this game precisely so that I would not have to pay money for coins. I have a toddler and $100,000 in student loans, so it's not easy for me to justify spending much real money on this game.I spent Halloween week walking hours in the pouring rain, reading my homework by flashlight under an umbrella, so that I could power up my team. Pokemon GO is my main hobby, and pretty much the only thing I do besides work. I spend hours camping out at nests and by the waterfront. I logged miles and miles of walking to power up my three level 30 snorlaxes.I personally don't feel that I should have to stand back and avoid playing the game because casual players want to easily claim coins on campus every day. In my opinion, why should all of that extra effort mean nothing? I don't regularly travel off campus, so these gyms are my main source of coins.Some of these students started attacking me on our campus group chat today, so I thought I'd turn to some other hardcore players for advice. What are your thoughts on this?
