Whether or not you think metronome is a good ability, it is definitely a fun one. When you first get the Normalium Z give it to munchlax. When you use metronome in battle while making it become a z-move, whatever attack you end up using, will become a z-move of the same type.For example, I just used metronome and it ended up using a fire type attack. The move was then converted into Inferno Overdrive even though I wasn't using the fire z-stone.Just something interesting I thought I'd share.
