"Call to Action - Find Pokémon using Island Scan!"

Do you like FC in Pokémon Sun and Moon?More importantly, I do like FC and that’s what really matters.This is an emergency call to action for all subscribers of /r/pokemon and our many non-subscribed visitors to serve the common good of making sure I can afford more things in Festival Plaza completing the global mission!As you may or may not know, the second global challenge in gen 7 is currently underway! This mission is all about island scan. The entire world needs to scan QR codes and catch/defeat their island scan pokémon, or else your dear old /u/Ferretsroq here can’t afford more 5-star kitchens!Golly gee Mr Ferretsroq sir, I really want you to get more 5-star kitchens in Festival Plaza! How can I help out?I’m glad you asked, concerned citizen! Simply follow these steps to participate:Go into your festival plaza and talk to the global mission receptionist inside the castleSay you want to participate in the global missionEach day, scan QR codes and conduct an island scan to find a pokémon!Return to the receptionist to make sure the server knows you did your part!If WHEN the mission succeeds, you will be rewarded with a minimum of 2017 FC!! If you’ve registered through Pokémon Global Link that doubles to 4034 FC!!Even if the mission fails, participation is worth 217 FC!! If you’ve registered through Pokémon Global Link that doubles to 434 FC!!Luckily for us, Game Freak was kind enough to provide FIVE SPECIAL QR CODES that give DOUBLE island scan points when they’re scanned! That means you can get up to TWO island scan pokémon every day! You can scan these codes over and over again each day, so go go go!Alright team, let’s GET ME MORE KITCHENS get out there and have a good time finishing this out!
