"Level 10 all lapras gym"

#PokemonGO: One of my mons has been in a gyms for a while, it's one an industrial estate never sees much action but it's kinda on my way home. Anyway I was surprised to see the guy turn up in my dead mons list so went to have a look on the way home and was blown away by a l10 gym all lapras. In the distance was another lev10 all snorlax looked like the same players. Any body else seeing this behaviour?
