"Chansey's current and max CP is heavily weighted on her Attack. Double check before transferring because the in game appraisal could fool you."
#PokemonGO: I apologize to all the people in a non-desert biome. This is for anyone in a desert biome where Chansey's are all over the place. If you're stocking up your chansey candy for gen 2's Blissey, you might have some high CP Chansey (1k + CP) that you're unsure about transferring.I've kept all the Chansey that are over 1,100+ CP. After going through the IV's for each Chansey I noticed that her attack IV is heavily weighted on the overall CP - much more than it usually is.A change of 1 Attack is equivalent to ~10% overall % of IV. For Example:1139 CP - 361 HP - 4500 Stardust Level 28 Chansey - 13 Atk / 15 Def / 11 HP - - 86.7% IV's - - Max CP = 1424Level 28 Chansey - 14 Atk / 10 Def / 11 HP - - 77.8% IV's - - Max CP = 1424Level 28 Chansey - 15 Atk / 5 Def / 11 HP - - 68.9% IV's - - Max CP = 1424A difference of 2 Attack IV's is equivalent to 20% overall IV percentage. Some trainers might transfer any decent/above average appraisal rating automatically. But, if the Attack IV is high (14-15) that decent Chansey could be Simply Amazing. (or over 82%+ for the other trainers.)Pic's here:http://ift.tt/2lcl9Jx - Chansey's CP is heavily dependent on her attack IV. A difference of 2 attack (13 Atk vs. 15 Atk) is around a 20% difference in the overall percentage of IV's. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2kLuEPl
