"Eevee buddy walking bug after walking 10km and getting 2 candy! Be careful!"

#PokemonGO: I walked my Eevee 10km, got two candy, evolved it while it's selected as my buddy and got Flareon.This got me thinking: am I sure I did everything correctly? I have evolved several Espeon at this point, so I am not doubting the method. Something fishy is going on! I decided to take screenshots to have proof in case it happens again.For the next 3 Espeon, everything went well, but then this happened and I have proof now!I walked 5km, progress bar reset and got a candy.Proof: http://ift.tt/2lS5rUE walked 5km again, progress bar reset and got a candy.
