"Chansey Dilema"

#PokemonGO: The only Chansey I have seen come from the Valentine's event. On my birthday, I found a wonder Chansey 82 IV, and as soon as Gen 2 happened, I dumped all the stardust and candy into making it the best Blissey it could be. The moveset is Zen Headbutt / Dazzling Gleam.Naturally, today I hatch a 95.6 IV Chansey with a respectable amount of candy, 25. This gives me a dilema.Do I pray to the RNG gods and buddy candy to evolve the 95.6 IV, or do I put all my eggs (haha) in one basket with my birthday present?Edit: Thank you for all your advice. I've gone ahead and committed to my Birthday Blissey (82 IV). She's now 2680 CP and looking for a gym to sit in.Edit 2: Found the perfect gym for her.
