#PokemonGO: Now that the Water Festival is over, I don't think( I will ever get a Lapras unless a miracle happens. I didn't have any lucky in finding Lapras during the Water Festival. I get the feeling that Vaporeon was more common than Lapras during the Festival. Am I wrong?I can't help but inevitably feel a bit down.
