"How rare is "rare"? (Analysis of 30 million+ spawns)"

#PokemonGO: Over the past few months, the map of my local city tracked more than 36 million spawns (30 million of them Gen 1). With the help of this data I wanted to find out: Which pokémon of those commonly known as "rare" are really rare? To be able to compare the numbers, I only used Gen 1 pokémon for this list.As you can see, in my city, Machamp is the pokémon with the fewest spawns overall and Aerodactyl is the pokémon with the fewest spawns that cannot be evolved.Catching these pokémon in the wild is really a rare event while mon like Lapras or Snorlax are quite "common" in comparison.Chansey and Ivysaur are not on the list because of a bigger number of spawns during events.
