"My phone informed me PoGo was taking pictures when I visited a gym. Anti-cheat or a bug?"

#PokemonGO: Google Photos is set to have a pop-up whenever a picture is taken. It had pop-ups when I would visit a gym and enter the mon selector, but they showed the last picture I had taken on my own time, out of PoGo. Sometimes it seemed to have taken two per visit. I had been engaged in battle with company and one phone vs a group of 2 and probably a spoofer. Was at 2 gyms for about 2 hours until they gave up (as I ran out of revives, kekeke).I thought maybe it was my phone and the force stopped anon data services, as my home screen was acting screwy, but a power cycle resulted with more picture notifications when first entering the mon selector.So was this a bug or anti-cheat?
