"The case for being able to switch off the Pokéradar for pokestops, any people having similar thoughts?"

#PokemonGO: I would call myself a semi-rural player. I live in a town with around 10 pokestops, but study in a city with plenty of stops. Many places in my hometown you will see about 4 pokemon on your radar at stops. At that point, you won't see any pokemon that are roaming in the area around you. These stops are usually at the outer edge of the reach of the radar so they take about a 5-10 min walk to get to.Since these points at the stops usually only spawn commons the whole use of the radar is gone. The only useful thing I'm seeing is the occasional ratata that I might need for my Joey medal. My solution to this problem would be to be able to set the radar to just scan your surroundings and not the nearby stops.Any of you with similar experiences or am I just talking gibberish here? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2mXsX2V
