"What Pokemon do you think you should see in your area but don't?"

#PokemonGO: I live up in Burlington, Vermont right next to Lake Champlain. Generation 1 there was almost always a Squirtle around somewhere, a few Bulbasuars and almost no Charmanders. Move onto Generation 2 and it seems that Chicorita and Cyndaquil are both fairly common but I have yet to see a single Totodile. I live next to a HUGE lake and the lack of a water starter seems a bit out of place.Anyone else seeing this where they are?
