"Gym botter has completely invaded an area!"

#PokemonGO: On my way to work I noticed there was an unusual huge number of yellow gyms along the way. I mean the entire district is yellow, with over 20+ gyms maxed out to lvl 10. This cropped up overnight; yesterday was normal.All gyms have the same set of users, but there is a pattern. Gyms are stocked with these combination of usernames:(1) J0HNCENNNAA4, J0HNCENNNAA5, J0HNCENNNAA6, J0HNCENNNAA8, and other similar variations.OR(2) StanlySp00zar, HoraceBotss, imHere4YouBae, lgotyellowfever, LEAVEmeAL0NEE, mamachancey.I don't see group (1) and group (2) mixed in the same gyms, but they are everywhere. All of them are using really strong Blissey's.How is Niantic not detecting something this obvious? How can we get Niantic to ban these guys?
