"Silphroad level rewards are wrong"

#PokemonGO: I recently had a small discussion here about the level rewards for level 35, specifically whether you receive an incubator. For reasons i don't understand a lot of sources disagree with each other. I was pretty sure you would get an incubatur and a recent post showed me you indeed do.
