"Four Tyranitars all fully maxed, 100% IV. Has to be a spoofer, right?.."

#PokemonGO: Hello all,I'm on vacation in a pretty small town, and i was doing some gym rounds. I noticed a level 40 trainer (!!!) with a SUPER high CP tyranitar (3670cp). I had never seen one like that, so i was intrigued... looked it up, and its a 100% maxed out Tyranitar! Wow.But here's where things get... suspicious. I found not one, not two, but THREE ADDITIONAL TYRANITARS owned by this trainer, topping gyms nearby, all EXACTLY the same CP - 3670cp. That's just impossible, right?
