"Using Tasker to get notifications when your Go+ disconnects"

#PokemonGO: So I recently modded my Go+ and have found that it's easy to forget to reconnect it when it's set to auto-mode. To mitigate this problem I'm using a Tasker profile to notify me whenever it disconnects. I figured I'd share it here to hopefully help other people dealing with annoying disconnects. If you don't have them already, you'll need Tasker and AutoNotification. And before you ask- no, these are not available for iOS.Here's the profile setup:Create a new profile in Tasker. Select: Event -> Plugin -> AutoNotification -> InterceptClick the pencil icon next to Configuration. Action Type -> Cancelled. Persistency Type -> Persistent Only. Apps -> scroll down and select Pokemon GO. That should be all you need. Now create a new task:Name it whatever you want. Mine's called "Go+ Disconnect".Add an action. Click Alert. You have some options here for the type of notification you want. I'm using Notify Vibrate. The configuration of the notification is up to you. This is what mine looks like. And with that you should now receive a notification whenever the Go+ disconnects. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2q9JuPd
