"Any tips on keeping your phone cool?"

#PokemonGO: So summer is pretty much here and I am finding my phone is getting very hot when I'm out and about.Just walking around with my mobile charger my phone gets warm to the touch and the game runs very slowly, I can't curveball consistently and it's quite frustrating. This has forced me to play on battery only which limits how long I can play and how far I can go.But the real problem that has emerged in the last couple of weeks is that even when not charging my phone is getting hot when gym battling on a warm day. After maybe 8-10 rounds in a row the game gets almost unplayable; the input delay is such that I can't really dodge effectively. I usually get one good run and if it's a challenging group of defenders I have to wait for it to cool down. Obviously this is much more limiting that simply not using the mobile charger when catching.This wasn't a problem for me last summer. Has something changed with the game that might cause this, or is my phone just a year older and a year slower?I'm in the UK so there must be plenty of you guys dealing with warmer climates, is anyone running into the same issues?
