"[Complaint] You need a new sponsor or to educate the one you have"

#PokemonGO: This is the first post I have ever made like this, but I feel it needs to be said. Sprint is becoming quickly known for being clueless about pokemon go and all things related to it. Including their own promotions that they are running.The first incident with the redeemable code, I gave a pass. I figured, its new, so of course it will take them some time to figure out the system. Now we have another promotion going on for them, and they are just as clueless as ever.I went in today to take part in the badge promotion. The guys had No idea what I was talking about. So one of the guys asked the manager who didn't know either. All he said was to look on their website for that stuff. I was even then told to check "what ever" to see if I had gotten a badge. They didn't understand after five times that it was literally a physical item and not a code.So Please, I think its time you guys took your sponsor partnerships more seriously. Sprint needs to be educated Big time on what exactly is going on.
