"PSA: Dodging bug - There is no point dodging a charge move that would otherwise have KOed you if you didn't dodge it"

#PokemonGO: I noticed in some recent raids that there is a bug with dodging. Trainer Tips have encountered it in a few if his raids in his videos as well. The BugIf a charge move has enough power to KO your Pokemon if you do not dodge it, dodging it successfully willShow you the "dodged" notificationDeal the dodged damage to your Pokemonfollowed by the full damage of the charge attack as if you never dodged it. (Note: the actual dealt damage is the dodged damage, but the game shows you that the Pokemon faints)Your Pokemon will disappear and you will actually deal no damage during this time until your invisible Pokemon actually faints properly. What does this mean?If you plan to dodge at all during a raid, you shouldDodge the first charge move as the first one is unlikely to kill you. Continue dodging as long as you know the charge move won't kill you.If you know that a charge move will empty your health bar, don't bother dodging and instead, try to dish out a few more quick moves before you faint. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2vi5Iml
