"[serious] Gun was pulled out during a raid"

#PokemonGO: Really not sure where to start. I have done over 200 raids and usually see the same group from Facebook and discord. Every so often random people walk up, never an issue.Lugia spawned at a popular mall in town today. Outdoor mall not indoor. Has 5 gyms in total there. Discord and Facebook set the lobby time for 5:15. Got there at 5:10 and didn't have enough people so was moved to 5:30. Security came up and said we had to go mall manager doesn't want people playing Pokémon. I was not happy of the threat and told him to call the cops I can walk in and buy something and shop here I was not trespassing. I didn't get in his face or belligerent. He just said "not here to argue doing my job". Wasn't even playing the game or in the way, was on a bench waiting. I went to my car it was in range.5:30 we get told to lobby. Security had left but see him come back. In my car can't hear what is said, same old gotta leave I assume. Guy walks to his car and catches my attention. Opens his driver side door, reaches in, pulls out a gun and points it at the security guard. He pointed it directly at him, for 3-5 seconds. My eyes went wide open in shock. It was directly pointed at him, then after the 3-5 seconds, he lowered it and put it back in his car a few seconds later. My best guess is he said something STUPID like "You wanna call the cops, I'll give you a reason to"!I didn't even look at my phone at this time, I can't even remember tapping or playing just later on we did beat Lugia. A friend of mine was over where he was, she walked over to me (she was parked in front of my car) and I got out and it was a collective 'what the fuck'. I kept an eye on the guy, and the security guard was on the phone already (probably with 911) and the guy was walking around, not sure what he was doing but kept an eye on him. He drove a bright yellow chevy camero, kind of hard to miss it in a parking lot.Next to where we were, is a jewelry store, and the security guard in there who I believe has a gun, was outside and talked to the guy. I felt comfortable leaving at this point, but was nervous and scared of what to do. I didn't want to bail, as a witness, but a guard with a gun was there and I assume police were on their way. A guy in the group stayed and later did say a lot of police showed up.I was shaken up by it, cause I don't trust people already but this idiot could've pulled the trigger at him, or others. What's to say if I caught a 2056 Lugia, and he hasn't caught 50 he pulls the gun on me or someone else. It's 11:30pm and still not sure what to do tomorrow. No one knew him, he isn't a regular but still, he pulled a fucking gun on security over a Lugia raid.The next few days, I'm going to do solo 3 star raids. I am very, very hesitant to do a group raid. Unless it's with only people I've met before. Not going to that gym, ever, that's for sure. If anything it'll be removed.Honestly I don't know if I need to call someone tomorrow, as a witness, of his actions.Seriously though, I hope no one has to experience a gun being pulled out, even if not at you. I felt devastated cause I am a nice guy, follow the rules, and had a bad day I said fuck it and said my small piece to the guy about trespassing, 5 minutes before he started down a gun barrel.The Pokemon Go players I know and play with are nice and follow the rules, but it's saddening and sickening someone with a license to carry could get that worked up to pull it out over a game.Be safe out there. via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2wUUQLv
