"[Speculation] If The Next Region Is Based On China"

These are just a bunch of ideas...The Legendary Trio And Titles Of The Game : The legendary trio would be based on the 4 Symbols of China, excluding the Vermillion Bird because that would be too similar to Ho-Oh. The games would be called Pokemon East and Pokemon West with the third legend being the "North".Azure Dragon: This would represent the East and since its element is "Wood" according to legend, it would be part GrassWhite Tiger: This would represent the West and since its element is "Steel" according to legend, it would be part SteelBlack Tortoise: This would represent the North and since its element is "Water" according to legend, it would be part WaterEach legendary has its own "uniqueness" especially in recent generations. Zekrom and Reshirahm came out of Stones, Xerneas and Yveltal had Tree and Cocoon states, and Solgaleo and Lunala evolved. These Legendaries would be the same and would be a twist on the whole "Creature being split up among the stars" and "Mansions" thing in Chinese legends. Throughout the 6 mini regions (Kind of like how Alola was split into 4 mini regions plus the island), you collect these "pieces" and near the end you are given a 7th piece. These pieces form a statue which transforms into the Legendary PokemonMythical "Quadro": I was thinking, since there is a Fairy quad in Alola (The Tapus) maybe there could be a Dragon quad in a china region. Since the "Leader" Azure Dragon is already part of a trio, it could have a similar relationship to this quad like how Lugia is related to the Bird Trio.Yellow Dragon: Represents the source of the Universe, etc, etc, so it will be Dragon/Psychic or something like thatRed Dragon: Represents Summer so it will be Dragon/FireWhite Dragon: Represents Autumn so it will be Dragon/GhostBlack Dragon: Represents Winter so it will be Dragon/IceSince the region will be split into 6 regions (more on this next), these dragons could be found among them, maybe they could even be roaming Legendaries that go from place to place and run away.Gyms and Trial Replacement: Trials are sort of an Alola Exclusive thing and was made to make things new and different. Gyms could return but I think maybe it would be cool if they do something new and different. Gyms and Trials would be replaced by "Dynasties" which involve fighting against a family and then taking on the "Emperor". Since there is 6 regions in China there will be 6 Dynasties each representing 3 different types so that all 18 types will be represented. One example would be Ryuki, he could be part of a "family" of instrument users with each person representing a different instrument and type, Ryuki would be Dragon, maybe a drummer could be Steel and a Singer could be fairy and the "Emperor" would be a Composer and would use a mixed team of Dragon, Steel, and Fairy.The Starters: Right now it is assumed that we will get a Feminine Grass Starter, "Cool" Fire starter, and Bulky/Fighter Water Starter.Grass Starter: Would be a more feminine line like the Delphox and Primarina lines. It would be based on a prehistoric Panda since all the Grass starters are based on something extinct. Also China is known for Pandas. It would be Grass/Steel and would have one of those Metal "fans". If we are going the "Double Weak" route (Both types would be weak to both of the fire starters Types) it could be Grass/DrkFire Starter: Someone said a Mongolian Horse would be cool, plus it checks out with the whole "Fire Starter Theory". I could see it becoming a Centaur/Mongolian Warrior with rocky armor making it Grass/Rock Type. If we are going with the "Double Weak" route (See Grass Starter for an explanation), it could be Fire/Fighting (Again)Water Starter: Personally because of a very reach personal theory, I believe the next starter will be a Bird of some sort. The Water starter could be based on a Red Crested Crane but how would it be "Bulky/Fighter Like" like Chesnaught or Incineroar? I could see it "fill its stomachs with water" causing it to bulk up and look like a balloon. It would be Water/Fighting but if we are going with the "Double Weak" route (See Grass Starter for an explanation), it could be Water/Steel or Water/Poison if the starter is in fact not a bird but instead a Giant SalamanderPseudo Legendary: Usually Dragon type so maybe we could get a Kirin Pseudo Legendary which would be pretty cool. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2u44A8o
