A couple of years ago I set out to watch the entire anime in order but realised there were so many filler and unimportant episodes that it would take me forever. I couldn't find an easy to access list of important episodes and I noticed a number of other users on this subreddit had expressed the same issue with wanting to start watching the anime from the beginning, so I went about compiling a comprehensive list of every single episode that contains important developments.It has been a while since I created it, so I thought it was time to revisit it and update it with all the episodes from Kalos and the beginning of Alola.As a general rule, any episode that featured a Pokémon evolving or being caught by a main or recurring character, a gym battle, major battle or development to the season's overarching story (such as encountering the region's evil team or arriving in a major city) were included.If there are any episodes you notice missing from this list feel free to let me know so I can update it.LINK to Google Doc: http://ift.tt/1MkZTUF via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2eG4w8d
