"Cell service jammer"

#PokemonGO: We have an issue in my town I have never heard of before on here. Team Mystic is super organized and smokes the other teams despite being the minority (shocking I know) in my town. One valor player who was constantly berating other players took his nastiness to a whole other level by buying a cell phone jammer. He follows us around and we have absolutely no service if he's within a half a block of us. It's been so bad I finally reported him to the FCC.
