"Do you think the extra spawns can benefit the game if they stay forever?"

#PokemonGO: It's been a pretty requested thing since the first increased spawn event and I really want to read your opinions. I've heard people saying that they are from a rural area and it makes the game a lot more enjoyable. But I've also read people complaining about how the game gets clustered with pokemon and makes their game slower and blabla.So, let's discuss. Do you think making the extra Pokemon spawns stay forever would break the game or would it make it better?
