"Pokemon GO over level 40"

#PokemonGO: As the game gets it's steady gaming community figured out, we can all see the increasing number of players that reach lvl 40 on a monthly basis. Now the question some of you ask or have asked in the past is what can you possibly do after you reached that chalice of excruciating grind we all call level cap. As someone who reached that level a few months back i can answer that and say... not much. There is no purpose for you as a high level player in the current gym, unexisting pvp system. Maybe filling gaps in your pokedex (if you have any) and carrying low level players at raids, because you got that high CP, high IV team you spent countless days to create. So my post is to NIANTIC to raise awareness and give my suggestions and ideas a voice on how to improve and create some sort of difference between the veteran trainers and newcomers.Suggestion 1. LvL 40 skill tree: When you reach level 40 professor Willow shows up and congratulates you on your hard adventure reaching that lvl and offers you the opportunity to select a training path: fire,ice,grass,dark etc. Path that like team selection is unchangeable and defines your gaming style from there on. Doing so increasing the stats for that pokemon type with 0,50-0,75% (values can be put to discussion). Every class step (example: 20-30 steps) you level up can be unlocked using exp that some of us have been piling up for months now and also items. ex: For grass class the first step requires a necessary of 100 grass candy and 200,000 exp to unlock. Step 2: 400 candy and 500,000 exp and so on. Doing so ensuring something new and fun to do for old players and new.Suggestion 2. More style items, like baseball caps, t-shirts, vests, hats, masks etc and Special style items for trainers unlocking class levels that can be obtained also with exp, pokemon coins, candy etc. All different class type and level of that class, making every player as unique as possible and showing that to others. Especially since the Pokemon world art is full of such amazing and diverse fashion wear.Suggestion 3. Unlocking the favorite pokemon option with exp by using him/her in raid battles, gym battles and also as buddy, finally increasing that pokemon stats and why not, look to a higher level.This are my ideas and suggestion.
