"Pokemon Mandela Effect: Which Pokemon are you convinced were introduced in a different generation than their actual one of origin?"

As a kid, despite being around for all releases, I played much more Ruby than Gold or Silver. I remember being utterly convinced, as a result, that Slugma and Natu are Hoenn pokemon and were not introduced in Gen 2, despite that plainly being the case (though not helped by their rarity in those games). Even now, in my mind, they simply are Hoenn pokemon, particularly Natu and Xatu which I would always catch in the safari zone in order to have a pokemon who could use Fly.Are there any pokemon which you distinctly remember belonging/feel should belong to a totally different generation? via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2wiXGbr
