"[Complaint] Yet another EX bad experience"

#PokemonGO: My local group has over 100+ people, from casuals to hardcore. 3 weeks ago 2 person got the invite, 2 days ago the same 2 persons got another invite, NO ONE else got it, is this pure RNG hell (even then, what are the odds?) or a totally broken system?Mewtwo is my favourite pokemon since i was a kid, i got all the resources to max him asap even if its low IV, i am a patient guy because i know my team will come (and everybody else too) but how broken is this?
