"Is Zapdos worth powering up or is it completely outclassed by Raikou?"

#PokemonGO: I made a mistake. I converted about 120 rare candy to Zapdos candy. I did this back when the rare candy yield per raid was much higher. I should have just spent some coins on upgrading my bag instead. Oh well.As luck would have it, I never managed to catch a Zapdos with 15 attack. The best I have is 14/14/14. I have already powered up three very high IV Raikou and still have a couple 91%s available that I haven't powered up at all. My options are:1) Use stardust to power up my best zapdos2) Use stardust AND rare candy to power up a 91%, 15 attack Raikou, which will be my 4th powered up one (right now, all the rare candy I get has been going to Mewtwo)3) Wait until Zapdos is released again and try get a 15 attack one :(How does Zapdos compare to Raikou? And how important is a 15 attack Zapdos vs a 14 attack one?Looking at the breakpoints, it looks like a 15 attack Zapdos gets a breakpoint against Suicune at 37 which is too high so the 15 attack doesn't really matter there. Are there any other situations/matchups where I will end up wishing I had a 15 attack zapdos?Looking at some battle simulations it almost seems like Zapdos shouldn't be powered up at all if Raikou is an option. But does Zapdos' flying typing give it any advantages that would one day make me want to use it over Raikou? I guess I am sort of looking for a reason to power up a Zapdos.
