"Shiny Magikarp to evolve or not?"

#PokemonGO: IV rage looking like 33-61% which isn’t impressive, but it’s a Shiny Magikarp! I’m level 30 and already have a 92% IV normal Gyrados maxed out, but I have another 90% IV Magikarp waiting to be evolved. Magikarp aren’t common by me so candy is rare.Would you evolve the shiny, even though it’s weak, just to have the Red Gyrados?Or go with practicality and have 2 best IV possible Gyrados for battling?Thanks! via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2yyFUXl
