"Candy reward rate appears to have been cut in half post-event"

#PokemonGO: I've been tracking my berry candy rewards for the last 2 months, and have noticed that since the end of the Halloween/Gen3 intro event, the candy reward rate appears to have been reduced in half, from the long reported 1% to 0.5%.
