"Idea: Leveling post 40"

#PokemonGO: With the discussion of the empty levels that are developing due to raids. More ppl are reaching higher levels without doing the grind that the early pioneers to 40 had to take and are being weaker in the process. XP has became an empty indicator of strength. How about merit based leveling post 40? To reach level 41 you will need to have caught 50k Pokemon, have a gold medal in at least 5 gyms, and so on so forth.
