"[Idea] Release a 'shiny pokemon of the week'"

#PokemonGO: Hello,As an important part of the player base is enthusiastic about shiny hunting (including myself), I would like to propose the 'shiny of the week' concept where the shiny variety of one (non-regional or legendary) Pokemon (family) is introduced weekly worldwide. For instance, this week Niantic could release the Pidgey family, while next week it could be the sentret family. Shiny rates could be elevated for the shiny Pokemon of the week, but this is obviously debatable.I know most of us would like to see a full release of the shiny varieties, but so far we can only conclude that all of the shiny releases are event-related. The new system would therefore release shinies more frequently, while the void in between events can be partially filled this way. Also, most of the shiny sprites are already in the APK data, so this would theoritically not require a lot of programming. It also provides Niantic an opportunity to communicate with the player base weekly.Please let me know your comments or suggestions, because the release rate of shinies currently too low.
