"Realistically speaking, has Niantic's game development been satisfactory or lacking given the time and money invested?"

#PokemonGO: I'm late to reading about Draconius Go, but if a game developer can release that in one year, with less resources, what does that say about Niantic's development?Pokemon Go is light on features, and more Pokemon does not equal features.
