"This event is going to yield a lot of new LVL 40's."

#PokemonGO: I definitely do not live anywhere with dense spawns and stops. Typical neigborhoods with a -few- stops and gyms within miles radius. For frequent players in the big cities, 40 probably happened a while ago even. Atleast in my local community, some people are now starting to close in on that 40 mark via this event. That statement will be even more true in a week from now seeing as how 2xp will be around for everyone to capitalize on. I hit 40 just hours after 2xp went live. I understand this doesn't exactly pertain to casuals who do not specifically grind for xp (lots of people even disagree with grinding for it and I get that).What I am trying to get at is, raising it in the near future is sounding more and more like a good decision to sustain players who have been sitting at 40 for a while now.
