"A deeper look into EX-raid no invite bug & Niantics' responses"

#PokemonGO: Apparently there is a misleading information from Niantic Support about EX-Raids availability.Recently russian redditor /u/Mephiuz posted this. In his post, it is said that the Niantic Support Team Manager informs us that if the game isn't officially released in the country, then you don't have to expect all the functions and options of the game:"...all Pokemon GO features that are available to countries where Pokemon GO has launched are not accessible to you..."Even though Amy from Niantic Support says that this problem is due to the fact that the game isn't launched in the country, people have noticed that there seems to be another explanation for all of this.Four days ago Pokemon GO HUB released an article about "A curious new EX-Raid bug". They tell us that from dozens of e-mail reports they concluded the decision: there is a global problem with EX-Raids appear everywhere around the world, but no invites distributed. And it seems that a mistake was made on Niantic’s end. In the end - everything is in fine:"...Gyms and Pokestops in Russia ... work normally as other Pokestops or Gyms.""Ex-Raids are globally launched and have no limitations over the region where the game is playable."Niantic Support also suggest us to continue trying to get EX-Passes as always, dwelling on the fact that pass wasn't received by some mistake. So it leads to an important question: "What is going on with EX-Raids invitations and how to solve the problem?"
