When you go to Paniola ranch theres a Miltank there that heals your Pokemon, call me crazy but its milk is supposed to be nutritious and my Pokemon are suddenly healthy. I dont see any glasses nearby so i can only assume these pokemon are gettin it straight from the teat. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2zmEkDN
