Two days ago on of the Russian trainers published the answer of Niantic support that Ex-Raids are unavailable on our territory. After many reports from other trainers we got invitations for EX-Raids in Moscow, Sankt-Petersburg, Omsk, Yaroslavl, Kazan and possible in many other cities.
