"Vote: Rule 3 issues"

Last week, we had a feedback thread about /r/pokemon's Rule #3. We said we'd look at the responses and put the issues raised to a vote. The poll is five questions long, but it's a little wall-of-texty because some of the options are complicated. It might take a bit to complete.Some of the questions ask you to rank options from most to least preferred. Your "first choice" is your most preferred. You don't have to rank every option if you don't want to—once you stop caring or don't have a preference between the remaining options, you can stop ranking. We're doing it this way so we can use an "instant runoff' voting system to pick the option that gets closest to majority support.The poll asks you to sign in with Google, which we do to try and avoid bots and brigading.
