"Humans discover they too can evolve. What is their evolution."

Thought of this last night. We all know that in the Pokemon world the vast majority of Pokemon in that world can evolve albeit some who can't. Let's say Humans discover that with the right training , conditioning, and strength that they too can evolve into a higher state of being. A more powerful form; one that can rival even the toughest of the Pokemon in the world. Thing is, what would the humans evolution be like in the Pokemon world? Will they look like a mix between Chimtar and person or maybe a completely different look.
