"Pokéball Plus Spin Speed Nerfed?"

#PokemonGO: Hey all,​I have noticed that since the most recent update sometime in the last couple weeks February 2019, the Pokéball Plus and the Pokémon Go Plus will no longer spin stops at anything above 10mph, and have now included a cool down. If you've been going higher than 10mph, it will not let you actually spin until you've sat there for a few seconds at 0mph.​This is pretty bad since almost everyone uses these devices while driving, to avoid stop and go playing.
