"Late Realization: Roselia is the Murkrow of Gen 3"

#PokemonGO: Roselia is extremely common, it doesn't evolve until Gen 4, and its capture rate can end up forcing you to use Great/Ultra Balls on it, making it annoying when farming for stardust.I know I'm really late in realizing this. At first, I just dismissed it as a common grass Pokemon because of the biome I'm usually in and the sunny/clear weather we were having.
