"A proposed review for the 9% nerf."

#PokemonGO: BackgroundThe 9% nerf was introduced when Mewtwo was first in discussion, and has subsequently been a 'fixed' variable that's unique to POGO, and the nerf can nerf non-Legendaries too, such as Slaking. The question worth a discussionBack when there were just a few mons, the 9% seems odd, but at least, it worked reasonably well without any pokemon breaking the meta completely. (not discussing Blissey today) Now with MORE Pokemon introduced though, is this single 9% Nerf still a 'one fix fit all'?My worthless Tokyo take on thisI would hope to see this reviewed. As the latest Rayquaza is a very prime example, with the nerf, it is pretty much just a Dragonite on steroids caffeine. Pokemon with 'balance' 1 strong stat is particular more affected, as 9% means more to them than some others. If possible : a solutionMaybe not universally nerf everyone by 9%, but rather, of the 3 POGO derived stats, just Nerf 1, not all three of them. Rayquaza for example, if its Stamina isn't Nerfed, then you will already have a VERY worthwhile legendary worth collecting. And the same can go to many other mons too. What's your take here? are you happy about the current set up? via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2EABAJC
