"Anyone else want a Scandinavian region?"

They’ve already done most, if not all, of Japan, France, and Hawaii. Japan has a great deal of culture and a host of cryptids and mythological creatures, France was beautiful and stylized with a lot of hidden culture snuck in, and Hawaii has a beauty, style, and wildlife all it’s own that was extremely conducive to Pokémon and world creation. And Scandinavia has all that and more! A variety of cultures with their own styles, absolutely beautiful vistas and wildlife, and a vast breadth of mythological creatures and characters. And after the heat and sun of Alola, a nice trip to the pleasantly chill Scanda? region would be welcome. And can you imagine all the Pokémon that could be generated from their cultures and mythos? A slim but muscled Fighting/Psychic type with one eye and a spear, a Fire/Psychic type with a changeling-style ability and a high speed stat, a Psychic/Water type that’s a head floating in a bubble of water that knows Future Sight at a lower level? Killer squirrels, giant snakes, bloodred wolves, humanoids whose backs are decaying trees, and version-specific roosters (golden and sooty-red) who learn future sight and perish song?Fjords and mountains, plains and beaches, islands and archipelagos, lakes and forests, tundras and glaciers. An icy desert scoured smooth by the winds of the diamond dust.Skiing and snowboarding down mountains, cozy cabins and hot springs in the middle of the woods, kind people and beautiful architecture! How could anyone say no?(Odin, Loki, Mimir, Ratatoskr, Jormangandr, Gullinkambi, and an unnamed rooster in Hel)Edit: open paren instead of a closed paren. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2DZHWmz
