"Unable to participate in Traveler Card due to local mod abuse"

#PokemonGO: Hey everyone,The admin of our local Discord group banned me a while back because he didn't like a project I was working on, fearing I was trying to "steal his members." He has resorted to calling me names on our local Facebook pages, spreading rumors, and supposedly is looking to start some trouble it he runs into me. I steer clear of the areas he raids in to be safe.He has also banned several other players who have voiced their frustration with the raid groups he leads when he starts raids early and/or doesn't wait for unexpected delays.Because this is our only Discord channel, I and several others can't participate in the Traveler Card experience. I missed the first badge and will certainly miss this next Community Day too.What can be done here? I've already tried talking to the guy but he ignores my messages; unfortunately he is very childish.Also, how are the Silph Road staff working to combat local mod abuse? It seems that anyone who runs a Discord server gets the green light to be approved as a Community Leader with no checksum to prevent any abuse.EDIT: As some of you have suggested, I have created me own Discord server which is actually what caused the altercation to begin with. His server is focused on general chat, posting nests, news and updates, etc. My server uses Meowth Bot to create raids.
