"Idea: Fairy moves"

#PokemonGO: This idea comes up every few months. It has been a few months since it last came up, so here we go.We need some fairy fast moves. But there are only 10 pokemon evolutionary lines that can learn Fairy Wind.If we are going to get more than one fairy fast move, we need to do something different. Two options I see:Make a non-damaging move into a fast move. Charm could work for this. It can be learned by a lot of pokemon. But some people might not like it if it is made into a damaging move, and is kind of pointless for this topic if it is made into a non-damaging fast move like Splash and Yawn.Change a currently underused charge move into a fast move. The two candidates here are Draining Kiss (3 pokemon) and Disarming Voice (11 pokemon, only 2 fully evolved), which are currently used by very few fully evolved pokemon in Pokemon Go and both also have lower base power in the main games, so both good fit for fast moves.
