"Incentivize egg hatching?"

#PokemonGO: The side effect of weather boosted mons (which are great) seems to be that hatched Pokemon are often too expensive dust (sometimes candy) wise to power up, even if it has great IVs. Spheal being a great example of the pros/cons of powering up a perfect hatch at lvl.20 vs evolving a lvl.34-35 weather boost with IVs in the 70s. Personally, I’d rather save the dust.Hatching is still good for extra handfuls of candy and dust...but I keep wondering how they can keep this feature interesting. Under the assumption that breeding isn’t on the radar anytime soon, what could they do? Increasing the probability of shinies seems like a good place to start. Or unique move pools for hatched mons?
