"[Request] "Returning Players guide" in the side bar."

#PokemonGO: I've seen a lot of posts about players returning back to the game recently, and I thought it would be helpful if there was a "guide" for returning players in the sidebar, thus reducing spam about the same. This would include what the current raids are, maybe what raids are, how the new gym system works, etc. A lot of other gaming subreddits have this too and I think PoGo definitely needs it with all the new additions.
