"Pokemon XY feels more polished to me than Sun/Moon"

Pokemon XY just feels more polished to me even though it's older than Sun and Moon. Maybe I'm just biased because I only recently got back in to Pokemon after a several year break and I started with Moon (not done yet) and then bought Pokemon Y version. So far I think I'm liking Y version better for various reasons:Less lagbrought back triple and rotation battlescharacter models look better imobetter music imolarger map to explore and more areasthe game takes advantage of the 3D and camera movements/shots much moreBut most of all, I feel like they paid attention to smaller details more. For example, in SM when a trainer sees you they don't even walk up to you, but in XY they do. Also since I only recently started Y, I'm not sure if this will hold up later but I feel like SM has too many cutscenes that last for too long.The one thing I prefer about SM is that they went a completely new direction instead of rehashing the same old kind of villainous teams and gym challenge.
